Today is the first of a two part feature from a talented group of wedding creatives. This beauty of a shoot was sent in by lovely Rosie from Raw Bridal, and we love it to bits! An inspirational wedding setup, designed to show you how to create a stunning look for your modern wedding.

The images in this post are all by Megan Donati Photography, but as there were two photographers on set we’ll be sharing images by Sasha Lee Photography in tomorrow’s blog. Each set is as beautiful as they are different, so do pop back tomorrow to see this gorgeous inspiration in a completely different light! (literally!)

We honestly have some of the most incredible locations for weddings here in the UK – and the new laws brought in last month allowing couples to tie the knot outside, although still only on premises with a wedding license, give even greater opportunities for stunning wedding backdrops. Adam & Abbie chose to tie the knot at Sandy Cove Hotel in North Devon, and we’re ever so grateful to the happy couple for telling us a little about their amazing day.

Lisa and Duncan’s is a beautifully unconventional wedding, and one we’re more than thrilled to be able to share with you today. The couple’s own words of wisdom are golden so we won’t waffle on, other than to mention their amazing Kent wedding photographer Benjamin Toms, who’s kindly shared his images of the happy pair with us today. Over to Lisa & Duncan because we LOVE their wedding story:

We’re bringing you all the sunny vibes today with this super lovely wedding from Somerset. Meg’s horse gets a starring role in the day, and even he couldn’t tell the sunflowers weren’t real (he had a nibble to be sure)! This is a glorious Hestercombe wedding with pretty styling touches, and a fantastic interview from the bride and groom.

Emmeline Smith explores 5 ways to make greener choices for your big day – without making compromises – which can even save you money!

1. The Dress

Whatever you chose to wear on your big day, wedding attire is a great place to start making more considered choices. With clothes worth £12.5 billion being chucked into landfill in UK each year, buying less is a great way to start helping the environment. A wedding dress costs up to £3000, so it’s also a great place to save money too!
