Its walls tell a story and make a quirky backdrop for beautiful ceremonies, and Hannah & Joel’s day fits perfectly! Happy Sunday everyone! So today… a relaxed and fun wedding from last summer, with a joyful vibe and a brilliant interview from our lovely bride and groom. Beth and Jez are GORGEOUS and then some – and I adore Beth’s skirt and top, she looks amazing! The story of their day makes a fantastic read (thanks Beth!) and I only wish I knew more about the He-Man and Monty Python references in their ceremony… which gives you a flavour of how entertaining and awesome this day really was!

A perfect wedding to share with you on a Friday… Phil & Chrissy’s day is full of fun and colour, it’s elegantly styled with a rustic flair. Nothing can brighten a hump day like a stunningly beautiful wedding… and this one is EPIC! Our stunning bride and groom tied the knot on the edge of the Lake District (pre-lockdown!) and their day is filled with sunshine, love, laughter and the most wonderful florals. Eden Barn wedding photographer Howell Jones Photography gets a brilliant review from the happy couple – unsurprisingly, as the images of their day are just fabulous!
Jenny and Ben’s August wedding is instantly a favourite for me – they’re the loveliest, sweetest couple and their day just rocks my wedding bloggy WORLD!! There are some wonderful ideas I just know you’ll love – aside from the hundreds of pom poms, there’s a mobile gin factory on a VW camper van with jars of spices and copper pots to make your very own wedding gin right there on the day – genius. There are sunflowers and pinwheels in a rainbow of colours, along with fairy lights everywhere, and fabulous vintage style tea length dresses, and GLORIOUS florals – it’s just everything. Jenny looks stunning in her Brighton Belle dress. Ben’s relaxed look gets a huge YES from me: suits are not obligatory for weddings, guys! He looks fab – and more than anything, the happiness between these two is infectious. They describe their day as “a colourful rustic, vintage, craft collaboration with a gin twist!”
