Kate Beaumont’s exquisite and timeless new UK-made bridalwear collection

I’m thrilled to be sharing this most luxurious and ethical new bridal collection by Kate Beaumont today. Join me in falling head over heels for this beautifully fresh edit of Kate’s timeless designs, made with eco-conscious fabrics and customisable elements – all handmade in Sheffield for modern, individual brides.

“Just like my previous designs, the aim of the latest collection is to make brides feel 100% themselves, but on a really good day – so the most comfortable, confident and beautiful version of themselves,” Kate says. “Much of the inspiration comes from the amazing brides I work with – seeing what they’re drawn to, what’s missing, and how pieces can evolve. It’s about building a collection that can adapt to and fulfil real women’s wishes for how they want to look and feel on their big day, rather than conforming to ‘set’ bridal looks.”

Understated, old Hollywood glamour: Salvia detail by Kate Beaumont
Founded in 2012, Kate Beaumont’s label began with a simple but powerful aim – to create exquisitely made wedding dresses for women who favour a relaxed, contemporary approach to their bridal look. Designed and handcrafted in Kate’s Sheffield studio, each piece is defined by effortless elegance, highly wearable cuts, and an unwavering commitment to ethical production. With no size limits or constrictive silhouettes, every design celebrates individuality, allowing brides to move freely and feel entirely themselves on their wedding day.

Kate Beaumont’s chic and simple Thistle slip dress
The new collection feels like a natural evolution of Kate’s aesthetic, designed to sit alongside her much-loved Icons collection of signature styles. Kate’s focus on longevity, with pieces created to last well beyond the wedding day, means subtle and considered fashion influences, beautifully wearable shapes and fabrics that feel as wonderful as they look, all while being gentle on the planet. Across 18 new pieces – including eight gowns, one jumpsuit, five tops, and four skirts – the collection explores both thoughtfully refined and entirely new silhouettes, while staying true to the design values that run through all of Kate’s creations.
Versatility lies at the heart of the collection. From silk slip dresses to softly structured tops and flowing skirts, each piece has been designed to mix and match with ease, or to pair seamlessly with favourites from the Icons collection. Kate’s eco-conscious, pure silk fabrics return, including silk satin, matte marocains, and hammered satins, joined by a beautiful new addition, organic embroidered organza.

The exquisite detailing of Love In A Mist
My own favourite pieces include Love in a Mist, which offers a softer take on the dropped waist trend with gentle definition and no corsetry. Viburnum, a relaxed silk jumpsuit, is a standout: its puff, cloud-like sleeves are cut from the new organza and paired with sumptuous sandwashed silk marocain trousers. Elsewhere, the collection features signature satin slips and delicate floral lace layers, while iconic styles such as the Corncockle skirt, Thistle slip and Dahlia separates are reimagined in fresh new variations.

One of my absolute favourites: the Viburnum jumpsuit is stunning, with softly sculptural puff sleeves, V-neck, open back and and sandwashed silk marocain trousers
A core differentiator of Kate’s work lies in the bespoke element of each piece. As every gown is made to order, custom alterations can be easily accommodated – whether it’s a lowered neckline, a sleeve addition, or a raised back to cover bra straps for those who want extra support. This ensures every bride can achieve a look that feels truly her own.
Colour is also an important element of the collection’s adaptability, with shades extending beyond ivory and oyster to include graphite grey, soft bronze, forest green and powder blue.
Kate Beaumont bridalwear is available via private appointments at her welcoming Sheffield studio, as well as online consultations for brides further afield.
