A beautiful photoshoot from a talented group of wedding suppliers at Pynes House in Devon, sent in by Jennifer Jane Photography
Set at at the stunning Pynes House, a Grade II listed, Queen Anne-style mansion that oozes charm and history. This wedding editorial was inspired by the serene beauty of Monet’s Waterlilies, the timeless elegance of Jane Austen’s Sense and Sensibility, and a dash of Shakespearean romance. Let’s embark on a journey through this remarkable wedding photoshoot, where nature and art merged to create a day of timeless love.

Pynes House, an architectural gem nestled in the heart of the English countryside, was the perfect backdrop for this extraordinary event. With its meticulously maintained gardens and stately interiors, it exuded the kind of timeless elegance that would make Jane Austen herself proud.
Bella, the model bride, was adorned in a designer dress that was nothing short of a masterpiece. The Caroline Castigliano gown, from Carina Baverstock Couture was adorned with delicate embroidered petals, meticulously placed to mimic Monet’s waterlilies in a breathtaking display of artistry. The petals flowed down the gown, creating an illusion of floating on water, much like the impressionist’s paintings.

Alex, dressed in a classic black tie suit, was the perfect embodiment of Mr. Darcy. His timeless attire lent an air of sophistication and matched the romantic ambiance that permeated the day.
The heart of the photoshoot was the ceremony setting beside a tranquil fountain. Beneath a Romeo and Juliet-style balcony adorned with beautiful fresh flowers by The Flower Sessions, the couple read from vow books created by Rose and Grace Design. The white water lilies floating on the fountain added a touch of Monet’s magic, giving the ceremony setup a surreal quality.
The grand hall of Pynes House was transformed into a dreamy haven for a wedding breakfast. Two large crystal chandeliers hung over the breakfast table casting a warm, romantic glow over which to dine. The table, covered in a free-flowing chiffon tablecloth, looked like a canvas for a watercolour painting.

Urns of tumbling flowers ran down the centre, bringing the charm of a summer garden indoors. The table settings featured pale pink lace-detailed plates, adding a touch of delicate femininity, while lilac serviettes fanned across them, creating a harmonious blend of colours. The colour palette of the flowers and table setting was drawn from the serene blues, pastels, and greens of the Waterlilies painting, creating a harmonious blend of nature and art. Wedding favours were whimsical, colourful lollipops that adorned each plate, offering a sweet ending to a perfect day.

Inspired by Monet’s Waterlilies and Sense and Sensibility, this wedding editorial was a harmonious fusion of art and love. Against the backdrop of the stately mansion and its picturesque gardens, this wedding shoot was carefully curated to reflect the intertwining inspirations of Monet’s artistry and Austen’s timeless stories. And serves as a reminder that, just like Monet’s lilies and Austen’s novels, love is a thing of timeless beauty that can continue to inspire and captivate the hearts of generations to come.

Delicate blues and ivory make this Lancashire wedding photoshoot beyond beautiful. Is it too early for springtime vibes? We don’t think so: this is absolutely exquisite inspiration for anyone planning a spring wedding. Over to lovely Sommy at M.Fiore Events to tell you more!

We styled this editorial based on the English spring florals and colourscape to incorporate the real life couple’s love for music.

To enhance the musical elements from the personalised favours, and table numbers based on their favourite song.

This dreamlike style was captured perfectly with the bridal dress’s texture drapped in lace and the hair and makeup.

The gorgeous decor added this elegance to the more alternative venue to add the romance and intimate feel.

Welcome to the loveliest styled shoot, dripping with regal elegance and still deliciously styled!
This beauty comes from a team of Kent wedding suppliers and was sent in by lovely Evie at The Country Blush, who introduces the feature and explains how the styling touches came together. All images are by lovely Neli Prahova – more on the English Wedding insta!

The flowers are lovely; the splashes of purple give a beautifully considered nod to a regal style – and I LOVE that although this is a styled photoshoot, the team includes a celebrant and a ceremony setup (True Blue Ceremonies) – as we’re ALL about celebrants here on English Wedding!

“I chose to dress James in tails, to keep the look traditional; teaming the Tuppers Tux suit with a cravat that matched the colour scheme perfectly. His main accessory was Bailey – the gorgeous Weimaraner puppy! Adorned in her mauve tweed collar from Millie and Bailey, she absolutely stole the show! Bailey was the perfect addition to the shoot along with the amazing Land Rover from Wedding Wolf 90!

Hoath House was the ideal venue for the shoot with its beautiful gardens, stunning views over the Kent countryside and great location just outside of Royal Tunbridge Wells. It was the perfect backdrop to showcase the gorgeous ‘Jessica’ dress by British brand, Ellis Bridals, kindly supplied by The Pantiles Bride.
The bridal look was completed with bespoke head wear made by Lorna Green Bridal Accessories, who provided a few different head pieces: a regal pearl headband and an intricate floral headpiece; and the exquisite jewellery from Jacqui Larsson Fine Jewellery – I still can’t get over that stunning diamond necklace! It looks just as beautiful on Ellie as it does next to the elegant stationery from The Friendly Paper Co. and the stunning silk ribbon from Silk and Purl.
Ellie did her own make up, but the beautiful up do was created by the talented Alex – it looks so effortless and chic.

The furniture and tableware from The Little Wedding Warehouse and Kent Crockery Ltd looked beautiful teamed with mauve napkins from The Knotted Napkin Co. I am obsessed with the throne chairs and love how well they worked for a sweetheart table!

The cake from Designer Cakes by Elle was the perfect addition to the shoot – classic, elegant and understated – with the stunning sugar flowers!

The entire look of the shoot was brought together by the amazing florals from Gaynor at Bailey and Blossom! I love how she decorated the swing, they’re some of my favourite shots. Gaynor also created a beautiful focal point around the ceremony, officiated by the lovely Katie from True Blue Ceremonies.
The whole shoot was captured effortlessly by Neli Prahova, Ed Guida and Alex from Molehill Media – they managed to capture the exact look that I was going for, and the images are equally as stunning as they are heart warming and relaxed!”

This gorgeous inspiration comes from beautiful Chicheley Hall and lovely wedding planner Jessica Ghansah Weddings. The look is opulent with an art deco vibe. GB athletes Lauren Smith and Marcus Ellis (currently at the badminton world championships in Denmark, and we wish them all the luck in the world!) modelled for the day, and both look incredible! Lauren’s dresses are stunning – we love the detailing by designer Nicole Milano!
The floral styling makes this wonderful shoot a showstopper. The colour pops of orange set against copper accents are a joy to see! I will hand over to lovely Jessica to tell you all about the photoshoot! Enjoy!

The couple was absolutely adorable on their special day! They are a real couple, both talented Olympian badminton players who represent Team GB as a mixed couple (Lauren Smith and Marcus Ellis) They say that their relationship makes them stronger in their sport. Lauren, in particular, serves as an inspiring role model for young girls aspiring to be in the world of sports.

While they are accustomed to being photographed for advertising and promotions in the context of sports, dressing up in bridal gowns and suits was a delightful departure from their norm. It took them slightly out of their comfort zone, but they embraced it with grace and charm. As an extra touch of sweetness, they even had their little dog join in on the celebrations. So many couples are having their fur babies as part of their weddings now, it’s so cute!

This opulent and vintage-inspired elegant-styled shoot is a mesmerizing 1920s art deco-themed wedding. From the bride’s exquisite outfit and overall style to the intricate details and enchanting stationery, every element of this design-orientated contributed to this wonderland of vintage charm. This unique colour scheme of sophisticated grey with accented pops of vibrant orange and copper was carefully incorporated into every detail to capture the essence of the roaring twenties for this wedding.

The setting for this 1920’s glamorous wedding vision was Chicheley Hall, the perfect backdrop for this stylish and retro intimate wedding shoot. We decorated the venue so that it came alive with the allure of the art deco era, boasting sleek lines, geometric patterns, and shimmering accents.

Elegant statement floral centrepieces featuring art-decor geometric plinths brought height and colour to the elegant reception tables and perfectly complemented the timeless grey table linens. The ethereal ambience was enhanced by soft candlelight, casting a warm and romantic glow on the celebration.

The attention to detail extended to the stationery where a vintage letterpress technique was used to add a touch of texture and vintage allure to the invitations and menus.

Our couple enjoyed an enchanting and whimsical outdoor afternoon tea in the beautiful gardens. Dressed in elegant vintage attire, surrounded by beautiful meadow floral arrangements and delicious sweet treats!

The stunning gardens at Chicheley Hall setting provided a serene backdrop, creating an intimate and romantic atmosphere for these special intimate moments.

A stunning golden retro bar served as a dramatic focal point for a glamorous and sophisticated evening backdrop for vintage champagne cocktails.

This unique, whimsical and elegant wedding was inspirational, colourful and exquisite designed and executed to share a glimpse of the glamorous and stylish 1920’s style.

Wedding inspiration at its finest – this morning we’re bringing you all the loveliest pale pinks, peaches and romantic wedding styling. This enchanting editorial shoot captures the old world glamour of a stunning Southampton venue with deliciously modern elements. It’s an absolute beauty to stop your scrolling in its tracks!
With lovely Jennifer Jane Photography and a super talented team of local wedding suppliers (list below). Enjoy!

The shoot took place at a beautiful new wedding venue situated overlooking Southampton’s Royal Pier – The Bugle. Having been abandoned for 11 years, before when it was The Royal Southern Yacht Club, the Victorian townhouse has been fully renovated from head to toe and given a new lease of life. With a real fusion of old-world elegance and playful modern décor.

The concept of the shoot was to combine the old world glamour of the venue with a luxurious, modern romantic feel.

The florals and colour palette were soft and romantic, combining pale pinks, peaches and white, to create a very classically charming tablescape design. Similarly to the venue, the tablescape was timelessly beautiful, but with modern elements, such as the use of twisted taper candles.

The flowers were tall and elegant with a modern unstructured look. The cake was a classic white iced-tiered cake, with uneven tiers and wild florals for a modern edge.

In keeping with the rest of the design, the models had a super glamorous but very feminine look. The bridal gown was a Jane Hill design, the epitome of luxury contemporary bridal. Featuring a strapless boned bodice with a sweetheart neckline, layering around the bust, gorgeous delicate buttons down the back of the dress and a full skirt with a high-leg slit, and oozes glamour and class.

Glamorous Hollywood curls and makeup were chosen to fit with the overall luxury feel, with gold jewellery to compliment the warm, lavish golds used in the table design. The groom wore a classic tux.
