Aside from how utterly stunning today’s featured wedding is, one thing really struck me when I read about Corine & Neil’s wedding celebrations: the time of day they made their vows. This wedding was sent in by luxury wedding planner Elegante By Michelle J, who says “We always recommend later ceremony times at destination weddings in hot countries – no one wants to say ‘I do’ under the burning mid-afternoon sun!” I would love to see later ceremonies become a summer wedding trend here in the UK as well!
Today’s wedding is a blast of colour and joy to remind us all of glorious summer days. Friends and family were all a huge part of Christina & Stu’s celebrations, helping with everything from floral styling (incredible!) to stationery, make up and the wedding cake. How lovely to end the week with such a perfect wedding. Meg and Evie were married at York Register Office and their day is full of love and personality. The two brides took a walk through the park which looks so special – one of those unforgettable wedding day moments. Their images are stunning, so I will let those speak for themselves! One favourite piece of advice from the happy couple before we begin, though: “It’s the time you spend together and with your loved ones that matters the most“. I think that’s really special. Enjoy!
