Happy Tuesday, lovelies! Are you doing ok? I wanted to brighten your day a little with this beautiful Nottingham wedding – it’s glorious and full of love and relaxed, happy vibes. Lizzie and Steve look AMAZING, the garden theme is beautiful and all the little handmade touches are just WOW. (Felt flowers are the future!!) Then there’s the sports day, which looks so much fun! The venue is the Walled Garden at Beeston Fields- a unique marquee wedding venue in Nottingham set within the grounds of a Victorian garden. All images are by lovely Nathan Walker Photography.

Louisa and Will’s August wedding was filled with sunflowers and rustic, elegant styling touches. I think it’s a perfect promise of summer to come – and I hope it lightens your heart a little this Friday morning. The venue is Lapstone Barn, and the day was full of love, laughter, friends, family – and freely flowing champagne! Grab a cuppa, snuggle for a moment and enjoy the virtual company of this gorgeous pair. All images are by Hannah K Photography, who gets a glowing review from Louisa and Will.

Lovely couple Pippa & David had a joyful spring elopement in Dartmoor back in the days when spring was simply glorious spring, and we could all go out and get wed and do all the wonderful things! I wanted to share it with you today as a reminder that normality WILL resume, and that the future can still be more beautiful than ever. Patience, my lovelies – this will pass. So let’s join the happy couple who took spring as the inspiration behind their wedding theme. The sense of joy and optimism at seeing the first green shoots of the season and splashes of yellow daffodils. Their vision was for everything to be fresh and vibrant, offset by white and earthy tones and textures. Their wedding venue Ever After – A Dartmoor Wedding took care of all the sourcing and styling, and Pippa & David’s day is just perfect. All images are captured by super lovely human and wedding photographer Clare Kinchin Photography.

For all of you lovely brides and grooms out there, I want to keep blog life as normal as possible right now: a beautiful anchor in this crazy storm we’re living this spring. (For wedding suppliers – watch this space as I’m working hard on something of a rescue package today – details to be announced soon.)

So we begin the week with Hayden & Rabia’s stunning summer wedding from Kilminorth Cottages in Looe. These two are everything: properly gorgeous, and their wedding is the most joyful celebration – as uplifting as can be! The florals are breathtaking; the styling of their day simply perfect. I hope you love today’s feature as much as I do.

This beautiful eco wedding was held at Coed Hills in South Wales, a zero waste events space set over 180 acres of unspoilt ancient woodland. Laura & Ollie chose this unique wedding venue because of its rustic charm and flexibility to have the day they wanted.

Laura & Ollie run their own catering company and are well used to running events and the organisation and detailed planning that had gone into this wedding was amazing. They designed the menu and catered their own wedding breakfast, with Ollie doing much of the food prep in the days before the wedding. Laura and her Mum were very creative making the flower arrangements and the table details.
