Still on a little mission of sharing life’s joyful moments, today we’re wishing a very happy anniversary to this lovely pair! How did you choose your photographer?

We came across Jen in a South West wedding magazine and were instantly drawn to her style.

Fair warning: we’re about to drown you in breathtaking flowers and foliage, steal your heart with a twist of authentic vintage styling and leave you swooning with one of the loveliest shoots of the summer. Huge thanks to our lovely friend Anthony from Special Day Wedding Photos, and hats off to the impressively creative bunch of wedding suppliers who made this amazingness happen! There’s a full supplier list below for you to add to your planning folders. I will leave you with lovely Katie, stylist at best.day.ever! to share her concepts with you and explain how all of this came about.

Sustainability is always a big thing for us here at English Wedding HQ, and so when a shoot like this BEAUTY comes along I get so excited to share it with you! Lovely Gwenda from Green Union designed, styled and coordinated this stunning shoot, which will inspire those of you looking to create a minimally styled wedding (but with wonderfully indulgent foliage) with organic, vegan, biodegradable and ethical styling touches. I’ll leave you in Gwenda’s very talented hands to learn how this fabulous wedding styling editorial came about!

We end the week with a lovely styling inspiration sent in by Sandra from Fabulous Functions UK and Clare of Barefoot Photography. With ombre themed centrepieces and a banquet style table setting, this is traditional styling with an eclectic twist: ombre themed centrepieces and a riot of blooms with copper and gold accents add luxe, and our bride in a Watters gown is just stunning, radiant on her best day ever.

I will leave you in Sandra’s capable hands to introduce the shoot and explain how it all came about. Have a wonderful Sunday everyone, with love,

Let’s take things back a notch from all the real weddings we’ve featured this week and turn our gaze to something dreamy instead! This wedding ideas shoot is just glorious: moody and exciting, beautifully styled and wonderfully creative. It’s been sent in by lovely Jen from My Pretties UK, Yorkshire based wedding planning & design expert specialising in stylish, forward thinking design for modern couples. Sooo much awesomeness… and those dresses are out of this WORLD!
