The craftsmanship behind every piece in this collection is inspirational. Take ‘Peony Wave’, an enchanting beauty which took months of hand painting into each pattern piece, with a total of twenty-five metres of hand painting to cover every gown panel – and how incredibly beautiful she is.

Hermione de Paula’s collection images, her gorgeous website and social media are as beautifully diverse and inclusive as any we’ve seen. It’s been wonderful to see Black and Asian bridal models on here today. We checked Hermione’s website and were delighted to see plus size models taking centre stage. There are – shockingly – still bridal brands who could learn so very much from world class names like Hermione de Paula. What an absolute pleasure it’s been to share Virere with you all today.
