Let’s begin the week with something beautiful… a classy and elegant styled photoshoot from Norwood Park. The colours are sublime, the textures are just perfect. We’re in love with the soft fabrics and the table styling… and that’s just for starters!
This is gorgeous inspiration from a lovely bunch of Nottinghamshire wedding suppliers, and we hope you love it as much as we do! More on our insta…

words by Emily Jayne Weddings
Norwood park is a country estate, nestled in the Nottinghamshire countryside. A place ideal for weddings wishing to combine grandeur and a classic quintessential English backdrop.
When Laura and Emily began organising this styled shoot they wanted to bring together classic and timeless elements pairing the Morgan 110 car with chic modern lines of the Peter Posh black tuxedo.
The show stopper moment of this shoot is the minimalist high neck crushed satin Hera Couture dress from Bridal Warwickshire. A dress that screams luxury, effortless elegance and impeccable tailoring.

The exterior of Norwood park lent itself to this vision with the Georgian windows and oversized white front door.
The styling and accessories all had their part to play and were chosen carefully. The shoes by Freya Rose London hinted to the something blue and Hermione Harbutts stand out hair band was the perfect switch for an “evening look”! Deciding to capture this in direct flash photography showed off the fun a couple can have on their wedding day.

Aine and Tom are a real couple, with their love for music bringing them together. They travel all over the country busking in local towns. When they were asked to model in the shoot they were overjoyed and despite the forecast of snow they still made the long trip to us. Their chemistry and connection is at the forefront of these images and they made the entire shoot as natural and real as possible.

Throughout the shoot we also wished to bring textured elements and a pop of colour. This was mainly through the stunning florals created by Flowers in the Wild. The blousy bouquet gave movement to the photographs and the texture of the poppys included were definitely a wow moment!

The gallery at Norwood park brings stunning natural light, impressive floor to ceiling mirrors and grand gold chandeliers. We decided to style this with a single long banqueting table, continuing the beautiful florals through the middle in bowls and stoneware jars.

The table was styled by Rustic Rose events. Using varying heights in candles, textures through glass candle holders and hand torn wild flower stationery by Paige & Co, the styling brought a prettiness to the shoot, with blush pinks and nude tones.
Overall, the shoot encompassed elegance, timelessness and an element of fun. We enjoyed every moment of creating this shoot and seeing our ideas come to life in both of our photographs is a great feeling!

Exquisitely autumnal wedding style inspiration with breathtaking attention to detail and a divine colour palette – this is everything. I’ve fallen hard for today’s styled shoot, introduced by our lovely member Inkflower Press. Botanicals and natural styling touches will always be my favourite things, and this shoot takes the beauty of nature to an edgier space than traditional wedding territory… it is uniquely captivating and I adore every detail. I just know you will too.

That moment where the season begins to shift imperceptibly from summer into autumn has its own kind of magic. There’s something special in the warmth of late summer light and its trails of delicate dancing shadows. This beautiful editorial shot by Oxi Photography captures some of that seasonal magic, set against the glorious backdrop of Bath wedding venue Hamswell House.

Just the perfect setting for an intimate wedding celebration in the autumn sunshine, the glorious expansive Cotswold views surrounding Hamswell House are balanced by a beautifully designed table with cosy rugs to ward off the evening chill. Why would you not eat outside?

Styling the venue for an intimate wedding and wildly elegant autumnal outdoor celebration, Wren & May Flowers used a rich and earthy colour palette with pops of scarlet, choosing botanically inspired silkscreen printed stationery by Inkflower Press and Libby Ballard’s hand crafted ceramics for the wedding table. The look has a rustic edge, but at the same time is incredibly elegant and understated. It’s all about carefully chosen textures and exquisitely wild botanical shapes.
