A stunning wedding in Hampshire with some gorgeous little personal touches. When this pair landed in my inbox I was instantly smitten! Emma’s Sophie Rose Bridal dress is amazing – ticking all the boxes for our beautiful bride, who “wanted something I could hug, eat and dance in!” The images are stunning, by lovely Captured by Crissi (Hampshire based wedding photographer) – who gets the BEST review from our happy couple below!

From the moment we booked with Crissi, we felt like we’d made a friend for forever. Crissi is not only an incredible photographer, she is a kind, funny and hardworking individual!

As well as having Crissi for our wedding day, we also booked her for our engagement shoot. This was the first time we met Crissi, but she put both myself and my husband (to be) at such ease, we felt like we’d known her for years! She captured the most beautiful images of us, that were so candid and natural.

Leading up to our wedding, Crissi regularly checked in with us, discussed our wedding day structure in great detail, and helped ease out any worries we had.

Crissi captured the most stunning images of our wedding day. To say we’re happy with the photos is an understatement. Not only were our images perfect, they were sent to us so quickly in an easy to use format that we could easily share with our friends and family. We cannot thank Crissi enough for our beautiful images which we will treasure for the rest of our lives!

Tell us anything you did differently – we love hearing about NEW traditions (or none at all!)

We had a round top table. We are so glad we did this as it meant we could all easily talk during the meal! We did speeches before the meal. This meant they could all enjoy their meals without the feeling of nerves putting them off their food! We didn’t do a whole group photo. We didn’t want the stress of trying to get everyone together in one photo.

An incredible venue in a beautiful rural location. The staff were so attentive and put us at ease during the day. Everything was so well organised which made our wedding flow perfectly.

Tell us a little about your outfits – both of you!

I chose a simple, elegant and timeless dress. Comfort was so important to me – I wanted something I could hug, eat and dance in!

James chose a tweed suit with a sage green tie, to match the bridesmaid dresses. James didn’t want a traditional black suit and opted for a more casual look. The suits matched the rural venue we chose perfectly!

Suits – Hunter & Greys. Hannah at Hunter & Greys was amazing. She helped us find the perfect suits for our wedding day. They were such a high quality and fit the boys perfectly. Dress – Olive Blossom Bridal. I couldn’t recommend this bridal shop enough. Lorraine helped me find the perfect dress. She was so friendly, patient and helpful. We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding flowers. Not only did they look stunning, they were such a high quality and lasted 2 weeks after our wedding! Janet was so helpful and organised meetings before our wedding to ensure everything was correct.
