If this doesn’t brighten your weekend, nothing will. I’m DELIGHTED to share this stunning shoot with you. The flowers are incredible; the light and airy vibe is magical; and the images are out of this WORLD! Whatever your weekend has in store, take a few moments to smile, breathe and enjoy this beautiful photoshoot from some of our top UK wedding creatives. Every element of this feature was created with love; from the flowers, the gowns and accessories to the silks, cake and stationery. The AMAZING Blooming Haus Floral Engineers are here to tell you more. With love,
Good morning lovely! An early post today because I’m off teaching a Christmas calligraphy class in the Lake District (so excited I can’t tell you! We’re doing wrapping paper and baubles!) And so today’s creative wedding photoshoot was just perfect to share with you right now. It’s just so beautiful! The flowers are incredible and I adore Julie Michaelsen’s photography. (I was lucky enough to have Julie send me some photographs of my calligraphy back in 2017 and have been in love with her work ever since!) The look is beautifully styled by Lamp Productions with stunning calligraphy by Judy Broad and the most excitingly creative cake from Nevie-Pie Cakes – see the full supplier list at the end of the feature!
We’re leaping into Wednesday with an excited squeal and a breathtaking dose of beautiful lavender. Today’s editorial will steal your heart if you’re looking for a traditional English countryside wedding with a modern aesthetic. The look is stylish and romantic, timeless and natural, with unique details. The images by Suzy Elizabeth Photography are wonderfully light and airy, styling by Wedding Elements is perfectly, beautifully on point. Our venue for the day is Nether Winchendon House, set in seven acres of traditional gardens and hundreds of acres of parkland on the Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire border.
I still love styled shoots – they’re fabulous for first glimpses of inspiration and ideas which will gradually make their way into real couples’ weddings on blogs and in magazines. I publish plenty: I send my calligraphy out to a select few. But when Krysta (For the Love of Weddings) asks for stationery or calligraphy I know the shoot will be insanely beautiful, and I jump at the chance to take part!
Hey beautiful! How was your weekend? We were treated to the loveliest day on Saturday by the team at The Wordsworth Hotel in Grasmere, in the Lake District. I’m feeling so refreshed and at peace after a blissful weekend! More about that on Wednesday – we’ll be publishing a full review of our weekend then. Today though, we head for another stunning English mansion, with a wonderfully spring like wedding inspiration shoot from Clissold Park Mansions, just outside of London.
