I’m so delighted to be sharing Amy and Ethan’s stunning Woodhill Hall wedding with you today. Their wedding theme was spring meadow with wildflowers and hints of sage green. Everything is happy and colourful, and Willow and Vine‘s styling with florals and foliage is out of this world. Joss’s images are – as always – beautiful, authentic and joyful. It’s lovely to read Amy & Ethan’s glowing review which confirms Joss Denham Photography as one of the North East’s favourite wedding photographers. The happy pair are gorgeous, the vibe of this entire wedding is laid back and full of fun, and the flowers are jaw-droopingly amazing!
This weekend’s beautiful wedding is Conor & Bea, at Alnwick Tree House. Their English Wedding interview is one of my all time favourites. This gorgeous couple’s honesty and sense of humour is fantastic: they talk fondly of the moments things went wrong, and how these are some of their best memories of their day (and not something you should worry about when planning yours!) Images are by super lovely Newcastle wedding photographer Erika Tanith. Enjoy!
An absolutely gorgeous wedding today, from Newton Hall in Northumberland. Georgia & Josh’s day is styled beautifully with natural green tones and lots of personal touches. The superb images are by North East wedding photographer Joss Denham, who gets a brilliant review from the happy couple!
Keep scrolling for more supplier reviews and recommendations from this stunning couple, and to see their amazing photos. As always, there’ll be more on our insta so follow @englishweddingblog and don’t miss out!

Our last wedding of the year is a beauty. I’m thrilled it’s turned out this way – we’ve been sharing weddings by London photographers York Place Studios for years and they always, always light up the blog. Faye and Mark are stunning, their day is beautiful and I love that it’s so bursting full of family and joy and playfulness and excitement.
It’s been a year. This wedding happened in safer times before masks and distancing and is both a memory of how gloriously normal things used to be, and a reminder of everything we have to look forward to, when the pandemic is finally over.
I’ve lost count of the number of friends I’ve told about this wedding – because there was one very special moment during the ceremony which I absolutely love. Dave and Niamh are definitely independent spirits who didn’t follow any boring old wedding traditions just for the sake of it. They had a fun, relaxed day full of laughter – and their beautiful images capture the spirit of their celebrations perfectly.
