Kavita & Henry’s spring flower-filled Cornish castle wedding by the sea, with Hannah Timm Photography

A stunning wedding in an incredible venue with fabulous sea views, captured beautifully by Cornwall wedding photographer Hannah Timm Photography. Henry & Kavita’s day is colourful, joyful, filled with amazing florals (not least on that insanely beautiful veil) – and utterly magical. The flowers bring springtime vibes, the personal touches are dreamy – I’m smitten with Laura Likes’ sustainable wedding stationery! – and our groom and bride are wonderful. We had a ring blessing ceremony with our guests. Keeping it local was important to us, so we had a large focus on all Cornish wedding suppliers.

Tell us a little about your outfits – both of you!
Kavita
Ceremony Gown by Stella York from Brides at Waterfields, Exeter
Second Dress by Grace Loves Lace, from Lauren Francis Bridal, Wimborne

My floral veil was custom made from Kit and the Bobbin. The veil was a real showstopper and complemented my first dress so well! My second dress was a sleep gown, perfect for hours on the dancefloor.

Henry
Bespoke suit from Sharif Mirzad Bespoke Tailoring
I absolutely loved the suit and the experience of getting it made, Sharif did an amazing job! The whole outfit was perfect and I particularly enjoyed the tailored waistcoat!
Styling and personal touches

- Guest names on calligraphic Oyster shells
- We kicked off our celebrations with a pre wedding event the evening before to catch up and focus on each other on the wedding day
- We designed our own dishes for our menu and Cocktails for the evening which was great fun before the wedding and enjoyed by all on the day
- Our Moo Maid Ice cream cart during the champagne reception was a big hit!
Wedding ceremony and readings
The ceremony went perfectly, Cornwall Registrars were so good all the way through and gave us a really special personalised ceremony. This was made even more special with our readings from close friends Harriet and Oliver.

We also had ceremony and drinks reception music provided by Cornwall String Quartet which fit the theme of the wedding so perfectly.
