Chloe & Matt’s romantic Mapperton Estate wedding, with Danielle Veitch Photography

Chloe & Matt’s wedding styling is out of this world. I have loved scrolling slowly through their images, seeing how utterly romantic and joyful the entire day was, from first look through to the epic dance floor moments! With impeccable attention to detail and exquisite styling, Danielle Veitch captured this dreamiest of days with thoughtful touches and love in every image.
This beautiful wedding at Mapperton Estate was a true family celebration with bespoke elements added throughout.
The aesthetic and colour scheme for this wedding was elegant and romantic white, ivory, peach and blush with accents of black for a modern and chic vibe. Chloe created the floral arrangements and bouquets as well as the stunning stationery and signage.

Chloe and Matt had a fairly traditional day but tried to put their own spin on as many things as possible i.e. seeing each other & having couples portraits before the ceremony, not being ‘presented/given away’ formally, cutting the cake on their own, and not having a first dance as such. They served hot cider from the cider farm where they got engaged rather than cocktails following the ceremony.
The least traditional was their first look pre-ceremony at 11am followed by portraits (quite American style!!) so that they could spend the rest of the day with family. Chloe’s dress got filthy which meant having all hands on deck cleaning it up for the ceremony!
Chloe’s Stella York dress is absolutely stunning, from Wedding Time in Dorchester.
Matt looks fantastic in a blazer from Moss Bros and waistcoat and trousers from Next.
Chloe is a registrar so works within the wedding industry and so is her father. Their registrar who married them had worked with the bride and bride’s father so they were married by a family friend. They had a first look at 11am and had their couple portraits pre ceremony so they could spend some time outside in the grounds, but it rained ALL day!
The rain did not stop the laughter, excitement and fun indoor and outdoor moments, and the umbrella photos might just be my favourite!
After the outdoor pre-ceremony couple photos the bridal party got to work cleaning the dress before the ceremony! After their ceremony they had a confetti line that transitioned into their outdoor drinks reception with hot drinks on offer as well as champagne. With a grand entrance into their marquee reception with music and energy from their guests, they enjoyed a fun wedding breakfast with their closest friends and family.
The table decor was bespoke and personalised in the best way possible. Every table described the couple’s relationship and story from the year they started dating, with photos, sketches of the couple as their table numbers.
After the wedding breakfast came a traditional ice cream truck and late night pizzas which the guests loved as well as a fun sparkler moment and an epic dance floor to finish the celebrations. With a fun photobooth on offer their guests went home with some great memories of the day.
