Becky and Dan’s vintage DIY wedding is perfect, gloriously happy and colourful, and just seems so full of character and fun! Becky describes their day as “Completely DIY and disorganised! Perfect for us!” – and I love it. They tied the knot in church, then had afternoon tea in the scout hut next door and their evening reception was on the local bowling green! The gorgeous pics by Yorkshire wedding photographer Stevie Jay capture the spirit of their day brilliantly – what a fabulous, eclectic and fun couple! Congrats guys, you ROCK!

Stevie was recommended by a friend who is a professional photographer.

Stevie was amazing, we said it was like having a friend there from wedding prep to the evening do. The photos were incredible. I’m not the most confident with photos and I was anxious about seeing them but she captured our emotions perfectly.

The first time we saw our wedding photos we were sat on the sofa together with a bottle of bubbly and I cried!

Some lovely photos there.
I love the understated venue – it shows that anywhere, as long as you have people you love, can make a fantastic wedding venue!
