Supplier Spotlight – modern, clean, contemporary invites & stationery by Mock Up Designs

Published by Claire Gould on

I think it’s really important to remember that every independent wedding business is, in essence, a person. The designers, creatives and makers who produce your wedding bits & pieces are human beings who smile, laugh and love – and each of these unique personalities brings something wonderful to their work. Take lovely Natalie at Mock Up Designs, for example – she trained in architecture before turning her hand to a chic, elegant and playful range of wedding stationery!

Mock Up Designs officially launched in 2016, however I have been producing stationery for nearly 10 years for friends and family who started asking me to create their wedding stationery for them.

I originally trained in architecture and even though I still love a modern, clean, contemporary style and a fair amount of monochrome, I can’t seem to resist adding a bit of colour!

I absolutely love working with paper and really enjoy all elements of the design process from customising existing collections and seeing how brides adapt them to suit their style or developing a fully bespoke design tailored to the bride’s needs, to packaging the final stationery.

I’m a firm believer that your wedding invitations set the tone for your big day, as the first small taste of your wedding that your guests will see!
