I fell down a little instagram hole looking at wedding fairs yesterday! I’m so happy to see they’re back – and the buzz around this weekend’s events is real! Yay!

The wedding fair at Bressingham Hall takes place on the 23rd of May, and it’s going to be a lovely opportunity to finally meet and chat to your Norfolk wedding suppliers face to face!

I’m writing this as I sit behind my little stand at Askham Hall on Sunday – where I’m an exhibit! (with my By Moon & Tide Calligraphy hat on.) This is the one ‘local’ venue I’ve been desperate to explore for years, and never quite made it until today… and it’s beautiful.
I’m here with all of my calligraphy, signage and stationery goodies, all set up for the day. The vibe is magical, the venue is bursting with relaxed and pretty barn wedding charm, and the other exhibitors (‘exhibit’ is just how I feel!) are super lovely humans who’ve made me feel at home.
I’d love to be closer to some of England’s beautiful historic cities – just to be able to explore the architecture and beautiful craftsmanship from days gone by. Seeing news from some of the glorious spaces which are now hosting weddings in Oxford has me yearning to be able to visit – and this sounds like such an exciting event I wanted to share it with all of you.
The Bodleian Libraries is throwing open the doors to its unique wedding showcase at 7pm, Saturday 3 November 2018. The event will take place in the historic Divinity School, Convocation House and Chancellor’s Court, all within the Libraries’ site in central Oxford and at the Sheldonian Theatre next to the Bodleian Libraries.
Engage Weddings, the wedding supplier specialist covering Beds, Bucks, Herts and Cambridgeshire, will be celebrating its launch by hosting an exclusive party for couples and their friends this Thursday. The event will give guests the opportunity to experience first-hand wedding experts in action and find inspiration for their own event. Some 20 suppliers from across the four counties have been handpicked to showcase their talents at this unique wedding planning event on Thursday 23rd November 2017 at Coltsfoot Country Retreat from 7.00-10.30pm.
