Happy Sunday everyone! So today… a relaxed and fun wedding from last summer, with a joyful vibe and a brilliant interview from our lovely bride and groom. Beth and Jez are GORGEOUS and then some – and I adore Beth’s skirt and top, she looks amazing! The story of their day makes a fantastic read (thanks Beth!) and I only wish I knew more about the He-Man and Monty Python references in their ceremony… which gives you a flavour of how entertaining and awesome this day really was!

I’ll leave you to scroll happily through the images by Damien Vickers Photography, with words by beautiful bride Beth.

Huge thanks to our lovely friend Anthony from Special Day Wedding Photos, and hats off to the impressively creative bunch of wedding suppliers who made this amazingness happen! There’s a full supplier list below for you to add to your planning folders. I will leave you with lovely Katie, stylist at best.day.ever! to share her concepts with you and explain how all of this came about.

Sustainability is always a big thing for us here at English Wedding HQ, and so when a shoot like this BEAUTY comes along I get so excited to share it with you! Lovely Gwenda from Green Union designed, styled and coordinated this stunning shoot, which will inspire those of you looking to create a minimally styled wedding (but with wonderfully indulgent foliage) with organic, vegan, biodegradable and ethical styling touches. I’ll leave you in Gwenda’s very talented hands to learn how this fabulous wedding styling editorial came about!

I’ve been so excited to share today’s lovely wedding with you! Ella looks amazing in her floaty light, boho gown and wears an heirloom veil handed down through generations from her great grandmother’s wedding in 1924. Ludo’s her perfect match – I adore that floral tie! These two wanted their day to be very personal, laid back, and fun, with a botanical, English country garden feel. Their wedding is really personal, with Ella doing the flowers and Ludo’s sister making their gorgeous cake. The home made elements make it really special – and hey, who needs a sit down dessert when you can have a wheelbarrow full of ice-creams?!

Welcome to the weekend… and to one of the prettiest modern weddings we’ve shared. This glorious, elegant and refined day is a delight and I know you’ll love everything about it. Kelly & Nyall are gorgeous, the styling touches are exquisite and the images by Sharon Cudworth Photography are simply out of this world! We share a love of music, and I know these two missed going to Download this summer…. guys, let’s hope we can all make it next year! ?
Kelly asked me to share a big thank you to everyone who was involved in their wedding: “it was seamless, relaxed and perfect”. I couldn’t agree more… from the magical floral styling through to the elegant tablescapes… this is one dreamy wedding!
