Country Royal – English Country Garden Elegance

Published by Claire Gould on

Welcome to the loveliest styled shoot, dripping with regal elegance and still deliciously styled!

This beauty comes from a team of Kent wedding suppliers and was sent in by lovely Evie at The Country Blush, who introduces the feature and explains how the styling touches came together. All images are by lovely Neli Prahova – more on the English Wedding insta!

The flowers are lovely; the splashes of purple give a beautifully considered nod to a regal style – and I LOVE that although this is a styled photoshoot, the team includes a celebrant and a ceremony setup (True Blue Ceremonies) – as we’re ALL about celebrants here on English Wedding!

“I chose to dress James in tails, to keep the look traditional; teaming the Tuppers Tux suit with a cravat that matched the colour scheme perfectly. His main accessory was Bailey – the gorgeous Weimaraner puppy! Adorned in her mauve tweed collar from Millie and Bailey, she absolutely stole the show! Bailey was the perfect addition to the shoot along with the amazing Land Rover from Wedding Wolf 90!

Hoath House was the ideal venue for the shoot with its beautiful gardens, stunning views over the Kent countryside and great location just outside of Royal Tunbridge Wells. It was the perfect backdrop to showcase the gorgeous ‘Jessica’ dress by British brand, Ellis Bridals, kindly supplied by The Pantiles Bride.

The bridal look was completed with bespoke head wear made by Lorna Green Bridal Accessories, who provided a few different head pieces: a regal pearl headband and an intricate floral headpiece; and the exquisite jewellery from Jacqui Larsson Fine Jewellery – I still can’t get over that stunning diamond necklace! It looks just as beautiful on Ellie as it does next to the elegant stationery from The Friendly Paper Co. and the stunning silk ribbon from Silk and Purl.

Ellie did her own make up, but the beautiful up do was created by the talented Alex – it looks so effortless and chic.

The furniture and tableware from The Little Wedding Warehouse and Kent Crockery Ltd looked beautiful teamed with mauve napkins from The Knotted Napkin Co. I am obsessed with the throne chairs and love how well they worked for a sweetheart table!

The cake from Designer Cakes by Elle was the perfect addition to the shoot – classic, elegant and understated – with the stunning sugar flowers!

The entire look of the shoot was brought together by the amazing florals from Gaynor at Bailey and Blossom! I love how she decorated the swing, they’re some of my favourite shots. Gaynor also created a beautiful focal point around the ceremony, officiated by the lovely Katie from True Blue Ceremonies.

The whole shoot was captured effortlessly by Neli Prahova, Ed Guida and Alex from Molehill Media – they managed to capture the exact look that I was going for, and the images are equally as stunning as they are heart warming and relaxed!”
