Our fave supplier updates – and a special Directory savings offer!
How fast is August flying by?! I swear, time goes faster in wedding season. It does! We’ve made some little changes to the blog: our Recommended Suppliers menu is easier to use now, and we’re also excited to have a new logo design on the way soon 🙂 Every supplier I know is having a crazy busy month; even my calligraphy studio is crammed full of vintage furniture to be written on and used for a wedding in September.

With the end of the summer drawing nearer, and wedding fair season on its way, I thought it would help some of my wedding supplier friends if we offered a bit of a saving on the English Wedding Directory. I’m delighted to announce some fab new wedding vendors have joined us in the last couple of weeks too. Lovely Annelie Eddy Photography is based in North London and photographs in an unobtrusive and relaxed documentary style. We love her insight into hidden gem wedding venues in London – check it out!
From the other end of the UK, we also have Music for Scotland joining our Directory. They’re Scotland’s premier live entertainment agency and have every kind of music you could imagine for your wedding, from guitar bands to ceilidh, pipers to jazz. They’re having a wedding band showcase night at the fantastic Voodoo Rooms in Edinburgh on the 29th of August so if you’re near Edinburgh, get the date in your diary!
