Hi! I’m Amber – a professional chef turned cake maker.

Amber’s Bakes and Cakes is a business that started through a love of cooking and baking for loved ones. I realised that for me happiness was baking beautiful cakes for others and so the business was born.

After 7 years in business I now focus on mainly celebration and wedding cakes and a few catering jobs here and there.

I love the process of creating a wedding cake – from meeting the clients and working closely with them to design their dream wedding cake to delivery and set up on their wedding day. Getting to see couples on the most important day of their life gives me that warm and fuzzy feeling!

I pride myself on having a fun yet professional approach.

I’ve built a large customer based in the Cambridgeshire area due to the high quality of my cakes.

All of my cakes are hand made to order using the highest quality ingredients, where possible; sourcing locally.

From cakes in the shape of feet to five tier wedding cakes covered in sugar flowers; every day is totally different and I wouldn’t change it for the world!
