If you love summer flowers and dream of an opulent, gloriously fragrant summer bouquet – then today’s wedding is going to blow your mind! The flowers are exquisite – and then some. Beautiful bride Hannah is breathtaking in full lace sleeves and a glorious Caroline Castigliano gown while her rather gorgeous groom Will is every bit the country gentleman.

Their marquee wedding has the loveliest styling ideas with hanging floral decoration, huge centrepieces full of colour and even blossom trees to create the country garden look. The table plan is my fave with prettily folded cards set amongst yet more florals catching prettily in the breeze.

Our pages are so often filled with soft, feminine styling ideas and fabulous floral-filled stately home weddings. My heart is equally drawn to urban celebrations with a quirky or chic aesthetic, and today’s shoot from lovely Amanda Karen Photography combines the best of both worlds with a fabulous floral curtain and sleek, copper styling touches.

The Refinery by Drake and Morgan is such a brilliant venue: in Regent’s Place, central London, and with a cool and urban interior, it works perfectly for this industrial luxe wedding style, brought together by Carmela weddings.

Today’s wedding is pure class with sprinkles of elegance from beautiful Pennard House in Somerset. Our gorgeous bride Kate wears a divine Charlie Brear dress; husband Paul’s tailored suit is individual, classy and so stylish. I love how Kate sings her mum’s praises for the little crafty touches which made their wedding so lovely for a blog feature.

Kate’s words of wisdom are a slightly different spin to the usual ‘don’t stress over details’. Her advice for you is to stick to a deadline: “If it’s not done by 2 days before, give up and pour yourself a Gin and Tonic. You can sweat the small stuff that no-one will even notice – don’t bother. Just relax, have fun, and if it goes wrong, it doesn’t matter.”

What will your statement be at your wedding… perhaps a stunning bouquet, or fabulous centrepieces? How about a gorgeous wedding cake?

It’s every bride and groom’s worst nightmare – a last minute crisis when a supplier you’ve had your heart set on suddenly can’t be there for your wedding.

As a supplier myself, I totally get it. I also know those last few weeks before your wedding are busy, stressful and the LAST thing you need is to be let down by one of your suppliers.

All is not lost.

There are things you can do, and ways of handling the situation:
