Fresh, Floral & Bridal Glam at Chicheley Hall

This is bridal inspiration with oodles of romance and femininity, and a modern twist which I absolutely LOVE! Today we’re at Chicheley Hall with a super talented team of wedding suppliers. These guys pulled it out of the bag and created the dreamiest inspirational photoshoot – I will hand over to lovely Ellen Sear Photography to share their ideas with you!

What do you get when you combine soft pink pastels, fresh florals, boho bridal attire with rose gold detailing? In short, an effortlessly glamorous celebration of all that is romantic. This styled editorial shoot took inspiration from every little girls “dream wedding”. You know the one; the big illustrious venue, thousands upon thousands of flowers, the bridal gown of dreams… Well, we made it happen. Every bride wants to feel like a princess on their wedding day and we wanted to plan a shoot that was fit for a queen!

Chicheley Hall was our venue of choice. Set in the heart of the English countryside, the tree-lined driveway leads up to the eighteenth-century country house. It boasts exquisite architecture from the baroque period which oozes character. In all its glory, it looks like something sent straight from a fairytale.

Dressing the venue was a dream! We lined the grand staircase with stunning florals by The Flower Boutique. The table flowers were heavy on scent and huge voluptuous heads reminiscent of old English country gardens. To bring a more glamourous feel to the cottage garden style flowers, we used gold mercury glass bottles to line the top table, with soft chiffon runners topped with rose gold sequins and napkins to frame. Glass beaded charger plates provided the perfect setting for individual menus and place settings. We finished the table off with gold cutlery and the softest of blush coloured wine and water glasses, which added a very luxurious feel to the room.
