Shall we give Friday an amazing send off with a beautiful real wedding?  I have this one up my sleeve – stunning bride Amy and her dapper hubby George, who were married at Fanhams Hall in Hertfordshire. They chose our friend and sponsor Nicola Norton Photography to capture their day – and the images tell the loveliest story of a fabulous, elegant and fun wedding!

I love the atmosphere of Fanhams Hall: it’s a wonderfully historical venue with that unmistakeable Great Hall – an awe inspiring setting for a wedding breakfast. Amy & George held their ceremony in the Long Gallery at Fanhams before moving into the Great Hall for the celebrations afterwards. They decorated tables minimally with ivy and fairy lights – sweet and simple for a (dare I say it?) December wedding!
