Emily and Max are just gorgeous – their wedding is the perfect combination of grace and sophistication with fun and a relaxed atmosphere. I love how the spirit of their day totally comes across in their fabulous photos. The DIY details are super too!
Max is from France and when he and Emily met, they hardly spoke a word of each other’s language. The spark between them must have been fantastic despite the language barrier, as they both took in upon themselves to learn each other’s language!

It was a great pleasure to photograph Emily & Max’s wedding. They a very laid back couple with a creative spark and so well connected with each other, it was wonderful to see.
For a wedding of two different cultures, it was very relaxed and great fun while still maintaining that classic sophistication. It was so wonderful to see the love and laughter of their two different families coming together and there was certainly no apparent divide on the day, making it so loving and genuine that it was perfect. They even jested about the culture and named the table plan ‘The Princess and the Frog!’
The venue had been chosen so that both families could attend and have somewhere to stay for a few days and celebrate with the couple. There wasn’t any staff on site for the wedding, but the coordinator at Huntsham Court was very helpful and had made contact with me, before I had even had a chance to say hello!
