Good morning, beautiful. Would you like a little sunshine on your screen this morning? You’re welcome. And I have a whole lot of amazing images of a beautiful bride and groom to share with you too, so grab a cuppa and nestle into a cushion to enjoy Fiona and Mark’s wonderful Wiltshire wedding.
I love that this is a relaxed celebration in every sense: the overall look is colourful and fun, with a rustic country garden twist. Fiona looks amazing in her Jenny Packham dress; Mark is her perfect partner and they just look so incredibly happy together.
Images are by lovely Kevin Belson Photography, based in Wiltshire. Find out more here:

Wedding photographer’s website:
How did you choose your photographer?
We sat for hours trailing the internet looking at images/blogs/reviews of photographers . Found Kevin Belson on Fearless Photography website and really loved their work.
Were you pleased with your wedding photographer? Do tell… we love a brilliant review!
Loved the work (displayed on line) of Kevin (and Carol) Belson and immediately warmed to them on initial contact. These guys are fun to have around (and super handy to have a man and woman pair). Their service was faultless and the final images were stunning and just what we wanted.

Your wedding style or theme:
We hoped for a relaxed, informal, fun filled day and of course, for glorious sunshine. We wanted all our dearest family and friends to enjoy conversation, eating, drinking, laughing and dancing and avoid any stuffy boring formalities. No colour scheme, just lots of colours. Theme maybe – country, rustic, straw bales, bit of lace and hessian and the odd dust sheet thrown in by Mark!
Where did you buy or source your wedding stationery – or was making it a labour of love?
We did most of it ourselves (made the invites, church order of service, picked arranged the wild flowers, made the decorations, dressed the marquee, chose and sourced the palm leaf plates and cutlery, even rolled the napkins into our home made napkin rings!)
Wedding dress designer and bridal boutique:
Jenny Packham Nelly Dress
Tell us about your accessories: jewellery, shoes and anything else!
Jenny Packham Ananti head dress, Diamond earrings borrowed from my gorgeous neighbour, Sue. Sandals cheap and cheerful Debenhams.
And what did the groom wear? Any recommendations for tailors?
Moss Brothers Suit.
Beautiful bridesmaids: what did your best girls wear?
No official bridesmaid but my sister wore a lovely royal blue dress from Coast.
Hair and make-up – did you DIY or hire a professional?
We did it ourselves.
Describe your wedding flowers. Who arranged them for you?
Fiona’s bouquet was made by The Cornflower Floral Design in Winchester and they also made the button holes. All other flowers were wild flowers handpicked from our garden and the local countryside (with a few sunflowers from Waitrose).
General styling – did your venue need much decoration?
All the decorations were hand made by us (lace and hessian – table runners, chair backs, covers for bales, tissue paper decorations hanging from the roof).
The wedding cake: what kind of cake did you choose and why?
Cake was our design and made by a lovely local lady, Helen Blair, from Codford. Catering was our gorgeous neighbours Wendy Hill and Sue Waltham – professional caterers (Chez Vous).
Entertainment: any musical recommendations, surprises or treats?
Jazz Band: Zoe Schwarz & Rob Koral amazing! DJ: Brian Witts
On the day tips and advice:
Don’t get hung up on timings. Let the day flow and enjoy it rather than worry about everything being perfect.
