Warning: this blog post contains beautiful photographs of cake. I can guarantee you’ll be feeling a little cakey by the end – and I hope you’ll have fallen in love with these wonderful little wedding party picks too! They’re cute and more than a little special… and proof if ever you needed it that the little details really do add magic to your tables!

Lovely Jo Linder from Vintage Twee has launched new versions of her best selling wedding party picks: vintage and rainbow coloured party picks for civil weddings with ‘mr & mr’ or ‘mrs & mrs’ in a lovely vintage typewriter font. It feels like such a long time since England’s first same-sex marriages were making the news – so it’s wonderful to see them inspiring such a lovely new collection from one of my favourite wedding suppliers.

What a lovely idea for a colourful wedding celebration: the rainbow tags’ ribbons are inspired by the famous Pride rainbow, and the cupcakes (which I hear were delicious!) in bright candy colours are so eye-catching and pretty! The text is printed in a vintage typewriter style saying ‘mr & mr’ or ‘mrs & mrs’.

For those of you who love a more subtle colour palette, Jo’s vintage party picks in delicate pastels are just the thing! Choose from a wide range of colours in the Vintage Twee Boutique – ribbon and card colours can be varied to suit your wedding style.
