Yes­ter­day I shared Andrea and Richard’s classy wed­ding in Cheshire. They were mar­ried in July and despite the rain it was a beau­ti­ful cel­e­bra­tion: not least for Andrea’s stun­ning hal­ter­neck wed­ding dress and the inclu­sion of their adorable lit­tle son and the cutest EVER brides­maid and flower girl.

Real wedding at Thornton Manor — movie time!

Tracy and Richard were mar­ried at the stun­ning Thorn­ton Manor. Their style — as you’ll see instantly from the begin­ning of this wed­ding movie — is cool, just a dab quirky and lots of fun! Tracy’s dress is an absolute stun­ner — she makes a beau­ti­ful bride.

Emma and Lee’s Cardiff Castle wedding part two

Did you see yesterday’s blog post? The first part of Eng­lish Wedding’s lit­tle (vir­tual!) road­trip to Wales for Emma and Lee’s Cardiff Cas­tle wed­ding had a VW camper­van, gor­geous fish­tail wed­ding dress, duck­lings and the most dra­matic set­ting for the cer­e­mony I’ve seen in ages.

Part two, of course… well in part two it gets bet­ter and bet­ter! I pre­viewed one pic­ture on the Eng­lish Wed­ding face­book page ear­lier this month (some­times I just can’t wait!), it’s so clever! Aga’s wed­ding pho­tog­ra­phy is so excit­ing, and the inte­rior of Cardiff Cas­tle is incredible!

Emma and Lee’s Cardiff Castle wedding part one

Hello every­one, and a big wel­come to a week — maybe even a month — absolutely packed full of real wed­dings for your happy eyes. I’ve been sent so many gor­geous wed­dings I am absolutely spoilt for choice! Aga from Pho­to­tom wed­ding pho­tog­ra­phy sent me these gor­geous pho­tos from Emma and Lee’s wed­ding at Cardiff Cas­tle — and wow, they’re just amazing.

It’s hard to believe the wed­ding was organ­ised in a mat­ter of months: Emma and Lee did a great job and cre­ated what looks like a per­fect wed­ding day. From the designer wed­ding dress to the sparkling VW camper­van… this beau­ti­ful Welsh wed­ding is right up my street!  Read more…

Exquisitely elegant — a wedding at Kew Gardens

Claire and Nick chose the gor­geous set­ting of Kew Gar­dens for their wed­ding and were blessed with glo­ri­ous sun­shine for their ele­gant celebration.

Claire chose a sim­ple theme with pure white hydrangeas to com­ple­ment her flow­ing wed­ding gown, which is a stun­ning white dress with a jew­elled, plung­ing neck­line and exquis­ite back detail: the loose back of the dress makes for a ‘Greek god­dess’ designer style with the back­drop of Kew com­plet­ing the nat­u­rally ele­gant feel­ing for the day.

The celebration of a lifetime — a wedding in pictures

This wed­ding has every­thing: glitz and glam­our, class and style, that tra­di­tional Eng­lish sophis­ti­ca­tion and quiet ele­gance. Amy and Char­lie were mar­ried at Brocket Hall, one of England’s finest stately homes in Hertfordshire.

I love this wed­ding for its sheer beauty: the majes­tic venue and breath­tak­ing beauty of the recep­tion rooms, the opu­lent flo­ral dis­plays and most of all Amy’s glam­our and ele­gance, and the way she and Char­lie look at each other with eyes full of love.  Read more…
