I’ll let you into a little secret right now: the LAST photo from Claire & Senaka’s Cotswolds wedding is my favourite. The things Gloucestershire wedding photographer Martin Dabek can do with nighttime wedding photography just blow my mind! But before you get there, we have the loveliest wedding at one of our favourite barn venues to share with you today. Our gorgeous couple tied the knot on a September day (not this year!), styling their celebrations with botanical details, pretty signage and foliage. Claire’s dress with that adorable belt and lace detail is from Clifton Brides, and we love Senaka’s suit too (and that fabulous floral tie!) – all in all, the perfect elegant rustic wedding day.

Good morning lovely! I hope you’re surviving this crazy heatwave… and if you have sunshine, yay!!! I’m a very happy wedding blogger today, tucked in my little office by the garden with a quite hot and floppy cat sprawled by my side! And I’m excited because I’ve got the loveliest wedding to share with you! Jon & Claire were married at Tetbury’s Great Tythe Barn last summer, and chose Cotswolds wedding photographer Martin Dabek to capture their day. Check out their light up letters from Burnt Orange: they’re such a gorgeous backdrop for the ceremony and reception and I LOVE them!

As we head into the weekend I have one more breathtakingly beautiful wedding to share with you. Gorgeous couple Maureen & Liam tied the knot at Thornbury Castle in an elegant, sophisticated and joyful celebration with their closest family and friends.

This is such a fabulous wedding, with some truly special personal touches and brilliant recommendations for exceptional wedding suppliers. All images are by super talented Thornbury Castle Wedding Photographer Martin Dabek, one of our favourite contributors and members of the blog. Martin gets a glowing review from the happy couple, which was heartwarming to read. Huge thanks (and happy anniversary, if a day or so late!) to lovely Maureen and Liam. Have a fabulous weekend, everyone!

I’m doing everything I can to shine positivity into the interweb and keep our screens beautiful, inspiring and happy through difficult times. We all need a little joy, whether that’s from a spot of sunshine in our back gardens or from scrolling through favourite websites and wedding inspiration channels. I hope, lovely readers, today’s wedding will lift your spirits as it has mine. The happy couple are Emma & Adam, and Manor by the Lake wedding photographer Martin Dabek captured their day so beautifully.
