Sometimes the finest plans can get a little – well, rained on. Poured on, even. The fact is, an English summer (as we’ve seen this week) doesn’t guarantee sunshine all day long. Still… Sam and David still proved you can have the most amazing, beautiful day even if the skies have something else in mind! These two are just gorgeous. Ah… the weekend awaits and it looks like it’s going to be a sunny one! Before we head up into the mountains I have a stunning wedding to share with you – it’s from last summer and you can almost taste the August sunshine! Tom & Alex’s day has everything: it’s beautifully styled, they both look amazing, the details are on point and these two are so loved up it’s melting my wedding bloggy heart. Bonus points for the boat… this is an epic day and I just know you’ll love it!

I’ve been so excited to share today’s lovely wedding with you! Ella looks amazing in her floaty light, boho gown and wears an heirloom veil handed down through generations from her great grandmother’s wedding in 1924. Ludo’s her perfect match – I adore that floral tie! These two wanted their day to be very personal, laid back, and fun, with a botanical, English country garden feel. Their wedding is really personal, with Ella doing the flowers and Ludo’s sister making their gorgeous cake. The home made elements make it really special – and hey, who needs a sit down dessert when you can have a wheelbarrow full of ice-creams?!
A perfect wedding to share with you on a Friday… Phil & Chrissy’s day is full of fun and colour, it’s elegantly styled with a rustic flair. The venue is Trevenna Barn in Cornwall and the day was captured by lovely Tracey Warbey Photography. I absolutely can’t get enough of these two – this is fabulous!

Morning lovelies! Today’s wedding is cute as can be with little wedding place settings made of Lego and a gorgeous bride and groom! Jenny and Chris were married at Fairyhill in South Wales and they were the lucky winners of Hannah Timm‘s ‘win your wedding photography’ competition! Hannah told me these two were such a lovely, creative couple it was a joy to be part of their celebrations.
This venue is simply stunning, filled with colour and creative touches: the whole place is so cosy and atmospheric with twinkling lights and fabulous lighting (we’re loving the neon!)
