Today’s wedding is short n sweet, with the most stunning details – truly, the images speak for themselves and capture the love and joy from this romantic, emotional Beeston Manor wedding. Aimee & Dan are just stunning – you can feel the nervous excitement and the joy as their day unfolds – it’s magical. Images are by Lancashire wedding photographer and English Wedding member Phil Salisbury, whose favourite venues include Beeston Manor and Eaves Hall in Clitheroe. Hey lovely! How was your weekend? We’ve been loving the sunshine and laying a new floor while it rained… I guess we’re part of the army of DIYers since lockdown! Anyway – I wanted to begin Monday with a joyful, floral filled, summer wedding. Ruth and Richard’s day is just glorious, and Ruth is so incredibly beautiful. Theirs is a military wedding, classic and elegantly styled with greens, creams and a dash of pale blue (and don’t the bridesmaids look amazing?) Images are by Nisha Haq Photography – I’ll leave you with Ruth and Richard to tell you about their day!
Hey gorgeous! Are you feeling refreshed after the sunny weekend? I have some treats in store for you this week… and we’re starting today with a beautiful reminder that things WILL go back to normal and we WILL have parties and hugs and proper weddings again. I’m desperately hoping it’s soon – because this kind of loveliness is too special to miss. Lexi and Chris’s wedding had everything: an outdoor ceremony under an ancient tree with Chris’s military kit giving the occasion a certain gravitas… and Lexi is just STUNNING! They celebrated with a tipi reception and festival / fete inspired party afterwards, and the dancing went on until the early hours. Memories, hey? For now, let’s celebrate with this gorgeous pair.
Hey lovely! How has your week been? I’m having a relaxing day after spending the week wrestling with my calligraphy website and uploading a bunch of brand new modern calligraphy workshops! Head over to http://calligraphy-for-weddings.com if you’d like to find out about those. And Bolton / north west brides and grooms, my next one will be at Smithills Hall on the 6th of October – we have places available and I’d love to see you there!
Sean & Charlotte’s Coombe Lodge wedding was relaxed, fun filled and full of love. Their theme of rustic romance in blush, cream and greens incorporated traditional touches: lace, hessian, lots of candles and lots of florals. Charlotte is stunning in an Essense of Australia dress, and Sean wears his military uniform – so today’s wedding will appeal to all of you lovelies who are looking for traditional, pretty and classic styling ideas for your day.
