Hello lovelies, I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I have a beautiful wedding to share with you today: beautiful Sandie & Matt were married last September at The Ferry House Inn, and chose lovely Charlene Webb Photography to capture their day. Everything is elegant and carefully styled, the venue is pristine, and the beach shots are breathtaking! Sandie’s top tip is worth reading as well: “Mingle as a couple, rather than separately. Otherwise you’ll get so carried away chatting, that it’ll get to the end of the day when you realise you’ve spent barely any time together!” (a lesson learned at their engagement party!)

Hey lovelies, happy Monday! I hope you’re ok and have had a relaxing weekend. Shall we jump straight into weddings this week? I’m loving the escapism of seeing happy faces and human contact, even if it is on my screen! Today’s gorgeous couple were married last summer in the Kent countryside – their day is simple and elegant, incorporating Italian and English elements. The blue accents are just wonderful, and I love how the delicate blues match those glorious, sunny skies!

With love,

Alex and Anneka are the coolest! They chose East Quay Whitstable as their venue and focused their wedding planning on food, alcohol and music… because “these are the main things that make a great wedding and that your guests will remember!” It’s a brilliant June wedding with a neutral palette and simple, elegant styling touches and florals. We’ve featured East Quay weddings on the blog before now, and it’s a venue which always has that boho beach drifter, cool and quirky vibe. It’s definitely a favourite for English Wedding, and I just know you’ll adore Alex & Anneka’s day!

Hey lovelies! Join me today for a beautiful Kent wedding – gorgeous couple Sonia & Andy tied the knot on a gloriously sunny October day, and chose our friend Terence Joseph Photography to capture their story. Sonia dazzles in a stunning Jenny Packham dress. She told us “I knew I didn’t want the traditional white dress so I thought I would be searching for a long time but I found it really quickly and it was perfect for me. A bargain (from Debenhams) too! I found earrings and an art deco style crystal headpiece by Rose Red Rose White on Etsy, and my shoes were silver high heels from New Look. Andy wore a grey suit from T.M.Lewin with burgundy tie and pocket square from Swagger & Swoon – we found their colour matching service really useful.”

Happy Monday, lovelies! Now before I share today’s wedding I MUST remind suppliers about our January sale – we’re offering a rather lovely 50% off all Tier 1 and 2 advertising packages on the blog until the end of the month, saving you up to £60 for the year. As well as a listing in our UK wedding supplier Directory you could also claim 3 home page features on the blog throughout the year to really raise your brand profile! If that sounds good to you, get in touch!
