Minimal carbon footprint, maximum love!

I read somewhere this morning that the average age for getting married is now 35 for women and 38 for men – which means plenty of us are tying the knot past the age of 40. Let’s celebrate that today, shall we? I’d love to see more wedding editorial with a wider age range… because this is an absolute BEAUTY of a shoot. As always with lovely Noemi from Thyme Lane Photography, the shoot focuses on the core of what’s important in marriage – and this is right up my street.
“We tried to give more inspiration showing how little money is needed to make your day very special. As you know, I am a big fan of minimal carbon footprint and maximum love involved. Absolutely everything is handmade or real vintage, I am trying to show couples how super versatile pre-loved and handmade things can be, no two inspirational shoots are the same even though the principles and values are.
The dress itself which was the main inspiration is a 65 year old wedding dress with botanical pattern and that was reflected in every element of the shoot– the natural florals, handmade stationery, hand dyed ribbons, loose and soft hairstyle, minimal yet stunning makeup and even the cake – handmade and botanical.
