Playful, super cute and ultra modern wedding inspiration with a raunchy twist!
Hey there you beautiful lot! I have the most exciting and unique wedding editorial to share with you today – first though, a reminder for wedding suppliers about our January HALF PRICE sale – there’s still time to grab 50% off all Tier 1 and 2 advertising packages on the blog if you join in January, saving you up to £60 for the year. As well as a listing in our UK wedding supplier Directory you could also claim 3 home page features on the blog throughout the year to really raise your brand profile! If that sounds good to you, get in touch!
So today’s shoot. It’s fabulously curated by Hire Societies‘ Tania, with light and airy images by talented photographer Ioana Porav. The Stephanie Allin dress is dreamy in winter sunlight: our bride’s evening outfit is sexy and sassy and playful all at the same time! I’ll hand over to lovely Tania to tell you more. Grab Pinterest from somewhere – this is one you’ll want to save and come back to again and again and again!
“I wanted to plan and design a shoot that was out of the box, something different from the rest of the stunning shoots out there, so i designed a modern shoot using the colours emerald green and mustard. It does get a little same old same nowadays, so i wanted to add some flare to my design and show people that you do not need to follow traditions, you can do what you want and along with some amazing suppliers we created my vision.
First of all I wanted to show brides and grooms that you can have more than one outfit for your big day and in this case i went for 3 changes for the bride and 2 for the groom – why can’t the groom have a change of attire too.
The first dress which was perfectly designed for the ceremony, giving it a romantic and elegant feel, we then changed into something a little bit raunchy (for me this represented the bride and grooms’ alone time) and then the third outfit, she wore a stunning 2 piece trouser suit whilst the groom jumped into another suit that complimented the bride’s trouser suit – their party attire.
Secondly the ceremony was set up with chairs at the back and some comfortable sofas for the VIP guests at the front, these were then moved to the evening reception, so you can sit in comfort and watch the bride and groom take their first fun first dance.
For the table settings, we used bespoke lamp vase centrepieces that would light up at night time and copper cutlery that sat on emerald green glass plates and then we added some fun favours to the tables. In the evening we added a bubble bar and a gin bar – we all love bubbles and gin!
