Cosy bridal style with about a million cute pooches!
As I snuggle further into my cosiest jumper, it feels sooo good to be bringing you this super cute, cuddly, playful wedding editorial from lovely Katherine and her Camera. We have all the most adorable furry people, a glorious bouquet by Hampshire Wedding Club member Luvshifting, and a wonderfully alternative bridal look to share with you today. Sooo many ideas for including your pooches on your wedding day – you will LOVE this!
[I guess it has to be said: involve your dog if she or he will love crowds, noise and doggy wedding outfits! If not, find an amazing sitter for your pooch to spend the day with instead!]
We all love our dogs don’t we? They are a part of the family, always there to cheer us up and full of energy and joy – who wouldn’t want that on their wedding day?! This shoot pulls together inspiration for a cosy, autumnal outdoor wedding where you can have your best furry friend at your side. Not only that, but they can look pretty dapper too! I’ve pulled together dog wedding accessories from suppliers across the UK and paired them up with some gorgeous pups to show you how you can make your dog a part of your day. Its not all about the accessories either, our stylish stationery set shows how you can bring your love of your pet into your day through your invites and signage.
To match up with our stylish hounds, we put together a cosy bridal look with a difference. For those who don’t love the idea of wearing white on your wedding day, we’re showing off a stunning new green velvet dress from Scottish designer Flossy and Dossy. The fluted sleeves will keep you warm but when you need that extra layer, you couldn’t find cosier than a merino wool wrap. Two different tiaras show how you can add that bit of sparkle whether you’re a gold or silver girl. Our groom looked pretty dashing too wearing a Charles Gale blue tweed three piece suit with a black roll neck jumper – the perfect combination for those who don’t like the idea of being overly formal.
Overall the shoot comes together to show how autumn can be the perfect time for you to plan that snuggly, warm wedding which includes your favourite furry friends.
