Hey lovelies! I have a treat for all of you London brides and grooms: a second part to our feature from this morning. Kensington and Chelsea Ceremony rooms, located in the historic Chelsea Old Town Hall, is the setting for this elegant wedding styled shoot. Many famous couples have graced these very rooms for their wedding ceremony, and Tessa from A Touch of Nevaeh is here to tell us more.

When I first laid eyes on the Brydon Room I automatically fell in love, naturally sun-lit, boasting original parquet flooring and eye-catching new floral arrangements, it truly is any couple’s dream ceremony room. The Brydon Room is the most impressive of the ceremony rooms at the Chelsea Old Town Hall. Its stunning interior is the perfect match of classic and contemporary and this spacious room is able to seat parties of up to 38 guests. Over the years many famous couples and even royalty have tied the knot in this room.

I envisioned a clean, flexible setting with a pop of colour in the form of rustic flowers provided by the lovely Gaynor of Bailey and Blossom, as well as a touch of whimsy. Gaynor created an impressive aisle arrangement using greenery, which made this room look even more special, bringing the outdoors inside. I also added the final touches using Vintage Gold Candelabras provided by Celestine from Angels and Gypsies to complete the look. The waiting area’s new renovation speaks for itself with its new decor so I decided to add something simple also unique, so a balloon wall design was created by Aurelija from Ballonistaco which made a perfect backdrop for our beautiful couple. To complete our shots we had a Instagram board provided by Krystle from Its My Magazine.

The final result was nothing short of amazing!! It was really lovely working with other suppliers and the registrars who all could see the same vision. It was really refreshing to see that it was female led, hardworking, entrepreneurial women sharing a vision of excellence as we actually undertook FIVE photoshoots in the one day! It was really fun to get this ready, we were like a little family, all working hard to get the space prepared and the models in place.
