Boho luxe wedding inspiration with a wonderfully creative Dutch twist!

Brides-to-be! Grab a cuppa and get cosy because we have a real treat in store for you today! We’re talking FIVE different wedding dresses modelled around Chippenham Park‘s glorious gardens: there’s something here for every bride with boho, sophisticated, elegant, sexy and classy bridal looks in one of our favourite Cambridgeshire wedding venues.

The tones have a gentle autumnal feel to them – but that’s a happy accident as these images were taken in the springtime! The colour palette for today’s editorial is inspired by our lovely friend Heather Jackson Photography, who spent time in Holland this spring and wanted to incorporate the Dutch national colour of orange into a dreamy bridal shoot. I love this so much – I’m going to sit back and enjoy the beautiful video and images now, while Heather takes you through the styling and concepts of this wonderfully inspiring photo shoot.

“Chippenham Park has so many lovely possibilities to offer couples and I wanted to showcase these in differing ways around the venue.

I adore flowers and I asked Donna from The Country Garden Florist to create a bridal bouquet, table decor and floor standing displays for the outdoor ceremony aisle, plus an incredible installation for the pergola and the steps to Chippenham house using muted tones, lifted with warm champagnes and yellows to give a warm and romantic feel.

I asked Jo from Little Jem Wedding Planning to bring her expertise in setting up the meadow table and wicker cabinet with framed cake set up. She provided everything for styling, except the plates which I brought home from a recent trip to Holland.

Another of my great loves is live music and to have Joe Bailey providing us with our music for the wonderful film by Rich of VT Films was truly fantastic. Film brings something still photographs can’t and to see people in motion, to hear the human voice, I find is emotional and inspirational. I always advise my wedding couples to have a videographer too!

Claire from Papier & Plume Stationery provided us with lovely stationery from her Eucalyptus range. With its greenery and foliage it fits well with any wedding, ideal if you haven’t decided on a theme or colour scheme yet. The combination of print and foil fitted perfectly for the feel of this shoot.

I wanted to keep everything soft and natural, with the exception of lips and eyes for Beki on the steps of the house with the Enzoani dress, this is where I wanted to add a touch of glamour. A change of hair style for Emma suited the transition from the floaty pergola set up, to country estate lawns with the house as an elegant backdrop.

I gave Bekka (B’s Bakes) creative freedom with the cake and she chose to make intricate flowers with two simple white layers atop a textured copper base layer.

Emma from the Le Papillon collection by Modeca fits perfectly for the meadow set up, with its boho influence and bold lace over mocha tulle.
Duffy by Modeca was simply perfect at the pergola with its flowing chiffon skirt combined with Emma’s soft tumbling hair and natural make up.
The v neck and lace detail of Damas by Modeca brought a more art deco feel with Beki’s sophisticated updo.
Juri by Blue by Enzoani brought some sexy elegance to the shoot, with its figure hugging georgette skirt leading to a lace train, beneath a stunning lace bodice and stone adorned straps.
Lenora by Watters Wtoo brought a great polished look for a country house wedding, with its capped sleeves and high neckline, while the keyhole back and beading gives a modern twist.
