The Wild Indoors – tipi wedding styling

So we’re more than halfway through the week (yay!) and I have something really unique and different to share with you. It’s a fun Tipi styled shoot, playing off the ‘bringing the outside in’ trend, with a twist. This unconventional wedding look was created and styled by the rather fabulous Florence & Vera at Cotswold Field of Dreams and planned by the folks at Timber and Canvas. The images are by lovely Elena Popa Photography, a Surrey wedding photographer who loves to work with creative, non-traditional couples! The shoot is beautifully styled, featuring peacock chairs, bridal trousers and a super fun removable train.

“What we wanted to do is take the ‘wild’, and really see how creative we can be with it. We imaged the truly unconventional bride, looking to get away from the formality and restrictions that can sometimes be felt in a wedding, and looking to create a day for people to truly have fun!

She wears a beautiful removable train that allows her to feel bridal, with the option to remove it revealing ivory trousers underneath – ready to party the whole night – and this feeling is reflected throughout the styling.

Martini and gin glasses rather than whiskey and wine, banquet style dining, a large dance floor and band, with relaxed foliage and wood all around – reflecting the tipis themselves and the freedom that they provide.
