Stunning florals for Jo and Jack’s English countryside barn wedding, with Hannah K Photography

I can almost smell the flowers… because today we have the loveliest, summeriest wedding of all for you to enjoy. Gorgeous couple Jo and Jack married in Cheltenham on a beautiful early summer’s day. Their barn wedding celebration is just divine: the florals are so vibrant and wonderfully colourful they almost steal the show.

Jo and Jack were wed in their village church in Cheltenham. It was a perfect, quiet and quaint location where only locals and a few scarce hikers would pass by. Imagine sun trickling in through the trees and birds singing, so, so lovely.

As Jo walked down the aisle, The Oriel Singers created the most heavenly and triumphant sound you can imagine. It literally gave me chills… don’t underestimate the power of an amazing choir during your wedding service. Seriously!

After a whirlwind of confetti and congratulating the newlyweds, guests made their way to The Barn at Upcote, one of my all-time favorite barn wedding venues in Gloucestershire. This wedding barn is picturesque everywhere you look and located in the rural countryside. White stone and plenty of natural light and gardens make a photographer’s DREAM.

All in all, Jo and Jack had the perfect English countryside barn wedding. Beautiful and elegant yet natural and relaxed. The kind where you could feel fancy sipping a glass of champagne in the sun one minute and kicking off your heels off and dancing a ceilidh the next.
