Now I do adore details. The soft movement of a piece of silk or lace, the gentle flow, like waves, of a torn piece of cotton rag paper – and a stroke of calligraphy. Gently shining jewellery and accessories, the sheer perfection of a delicate bloom or a tendril of foliage escaping from a bouquet: these things make me happy.

Sent in by a team of creative wedding suppliers in the north west of England, today’s blog feature explores fine art styling and dreamy close ups to showcase a vintage inspired wedding look in a modern setting. Couples spend so much time on carefully putting together the details of their wedding day and this styled shoot brings together an amazing supplier team who love detail.

This styled photoshoot was created to showcase bespoke veils from Bride Sew Beautiful designed and created to complement a bride’s gown. Maxine’s veils tend to be theatrical, romantic and long, but she has a passion for working with brides to create a veil that enhances the gown and the bridal look. Using a combination of laces, beadwork and embroidery for personalisation truly unique veils are created.

Capturing the detail of bespoke veils and lingerie provided the initial inspiration for this photoshoot, to create a vintage inspired look with a modern twist. On location working with great team of suppliers meant images of wedding details and ideas came together to inspire brides and grooms who want a relaxed, stylish, vintage inspired wedding in a modern setting.
