Hello there lovelies! Does it feel as though spring time is on its way to you yet? No fear if not: we have a bunny on the blog today. Kinda. 😉 This is woodland wedding inspo with a city twist: the venue is The Terrace on Piccadilly and the bunny is from Easigrass! But we love him all the same. The shoot was organised and designed by key members of the UKAWP – the UK Alliance of Wedding Planners, whose members have been a big part of English Wedding since our launch back in 2009.

This group of talented wedding creatives from London came together to create a botanical wedding backdrop in the heart of the city. Photographer Neli Prahova captures it beautifully, from the flowers and styling by Anna Fern Weddings to the pretty Ananya Cards stationery and that stunning cake by Appletree Cake Design. The shoot’s artistic director was Valentina from The Stars Inside, a full service wedding design studio specialising in bespoke events across the UK and Europe. See the full supplier list below!

An enchanted urban romance: An inspiration editorial for modern couples interested in hosting an experiential, country garden wedding in the heart of the city. The venue, The Terrace at Le Meridien Piccadilly, is an oasis of greenery overlooking London’s vibrant West End, with a glass roof that floods the space with natural light. We created a tablescape inspired by wild meadows, with overgrown moss and an oversized arrangement of pastel blooms, echoed by the classic stationery, delicate edible flower lollipops, and an afternoon tea filled with natural flavours. The story of our bride and groom was brought to life by twinkling trees and magical woodland creatures – and a couple of floral cocktails for good measure! A wonderful team of wedding suppliers came together to collaborate on this concept, and we really hope you love it!
