I met lovely Tracy from The Flower House at a styled editorial shoot last September – and she’s one of the friendliest wedding creatives you could hope to meet. Tracy’s talents with flowers are a joy to witness:  her arrangements are thoughtful and beautifully arranged, with huge character and a fabulous contemporary style. They’re the focal point of today’s inspiration feature, which shows you how to style a bohemian wedding with rich tones for late summer. The images are by my lovely friend Jenny Heyworth Photography for Aspire Photography Training.

I still dream of Italian summers, more years than I can count after living there. Such a beautiful country inspires the prettiest of wedding decor, and today’s shoot captures the essence of an intimate Italian destination wedding so beautifully.

So dream yourself away with me to an Italian castle where dreams come true. Picture the scene: a beautiful English bride with her gorgeous groom and their adorable son escape to be married, Italian style.

One of the things I love about the wedding industry is how quickly things change. Fashions come and go SO fast. As a wedding blogger I love how our industry thrives; how we import new ideas and how new faces appear so often on social media. Every new wedding business is an inspiration to me. And it makes staying in the game hard. It makes winning, and staying at the top of the wedding industry, the most exciting challenge you can imagine.

Did you know that make-up for a summer or a winter wedding is completely different? Brides are often worried that having professional make-up for their wedding means that they might end up looking orange and over painted, but experienced make-up artists know that different lighting changes make-up dramatically and they can make sure you look amazing whatever the season.
