If you’ve both been cycling today and you’re relaxing after an exhilarating day in the saddle, then you’re going to love this more than anything you’ve ever seen on a wedding blog. Natalie and James – who’s a keen cyclist! – had a cycling themed wedding in August, and incorporated some ingenious styling touches into their day. They chose Rockbeare Manor wedding photographer Martin Dabek to capture the day so beautifully! I love the bicycle wheels with foliage on the walls, the table plan with a shelf full of cyclists… actually I love the whole day. And can we skip straight to that cake?!! The beautiful cake was made by Yvonne at Cherry Blossom Cakes and decorated with flowers by Emma at Brompton Buds.
Today’s wedding has the most beautiful golden hour pics – and a gorgeous bride and groom whose focus is on family and celebration. This is how a wedding should be – full of love, and as creative as you’d like your day to look!! It’s the busiest time of the year for engagements, and I suspect at least one of my friends will have a ring on her finger come Boxing Day! I’m really excited for her – I hope it happens, I really do!!! I promised you a wedding dress feature – so here it is! What I didn’t mention earlier this week is that these dresses are all under £1,000. Wedding dress shopping can be tough – it’s easy to fall in love with a design which is out of your price range. (Thanks a bunch, Pinterest!) But don’t be discouraged. There are stunning dresses around which are more affordable than most, and you’ll still look a million dollars on your best day ever.
