Yasmin & Mark’s chic modern Kent wedding with Honeydew Moments
Our last wedding of the working week is this fabulously chic and modern celebration from Syrencot in Wiltshire. Yasmin is stunning in her Blue by Enzoani gown, and Mark every bit the English gent in a gorgeous number from Swagger & Swoon. Every detail is elegant and tasteful, as well as being beautifully captured by lovely Natasha from Honeydew Moments. Oh! And the clue’s in the name there… don’t miss the STUNNING golden hour portraits this lovely wedding photographer is known for! They’re towards the end of the feature and every bit worth the wait!

How did you choose your photographer?
We were recommended Natasha and after checking out her website we knew she was the photographer we wanted, she has such a great style and we loved her golden hour pictures.
Were you pleased with your wedding photographer? Do tell… we love a brilliant review!
Natasha was brilliant from the moment we met her for the initial consultation she was so passionate about her work and made us feel at ease instantly talking us through the process. On the day she was amazing keeping the day running smoothly and the end product…. WOW. She captured our day perfectly and so glad we chose her as our photographer.
Tell us about your venue – what made this place special for you?
We viewed the venue when it was still a building site, we saw such potential in the plans and thought it would be really special to be one of the first couples to get married there. Risky move however, we made the right decision, the venue was stunning and the style was exactly what we were looking for.
Did you love wearing your outfits? How was the dress / suit shopping experience?
I loved my dress, its called “Lesley – Blue by Enzoani’ I tried on what felt like 100 dresses before I found the one. I fell in love with the unusual lace and delicate straps. Suits were left to the last minute (much to my dismay) but Mark pulled it out the bag in the end, and was amazing to get my dad in a suit.
Did you hire a florist? Tell us about any floral amazingness
Florist we chose Sarah at pod and pip, we wanted simple and classic with pale dusky pink’s, white and greens and Sarah captured this perfectly.
As cake lovers here at English Wedding we’d LOVE to know who made your cake, and how delicious it was?
Our cake was a 3 tiered butter iced sponge cake made by Reilly cakes. We went for light summery flavours, lemon and elderflower and a tier of carrot cake, was delicious.
Tell us about any special personal touches, or creative projects you made yourselves
For our favours we donated to cancer research in return for pins which all the guest wore on the day in memory of lost ones which was very special to us. Also Mark being the creative one handmade all our wedding signage which got many compliments on the day.
What was your first dance song? Why did you choose it?
The girl – city and colour
Our favourite song which reminds us of many happy years together.
