Adam & Emily’s classic, timeless wedding at Le Talbooth, with D&A Photography
Good morning lovely! We have a week bursting full of weddings ahead – and today’s is fabulously glamorous, elegant and stylish. Gorgeous couple Emily and Adam tied the knot at Le Talbooth last May, choosing the very excellent D&A Photography to capture their day. Emily’s dress is a stunner – and the boys all look fantastic in black tie, don’t you think?
Relax & enjoy this beauty, it’s a special one!

How did you choose your photographer?
From his incredible portfolio and recommendations from friends.
Were you pleased with your wedding photographer? Do tell… we love a brilliant review!
Beyond pleased! Not only were his pictures so beautiful his presence on the day was so lovely and calming. It was like having your best friend take your pictures and we had only met the once before.
Tell us about your venue – what made this place special for you?
We loved the simplicity of our venue, we felt like we didn’t need any extra decorations because the grounds were already so beautiful.
Did you love wearing your outfits? How was the dress / suit shopping experience?
Amazing I had such lovely ladies help me pick my dream dress and alter it so I felt so comfortable on the day. I wanted them at my wedding!
Did you hire a florist? Tell us about any floral amazingness
We had a lovely florist to create a really simple but elegant arrangement. I loved the colour of my bouquet.
Tell us about any special personal touches, or creative projects you made yourselves
We hired an incredible saxophonist Brendan to play just after dinner which was great to hype everyone up before the reception. He also performed our first dance which was really special.
Did you personalise your vows or have any wedding readings? What were they?
We had a lovely reading about fate from two of my closest friends, which was really simple and they did an amazing job!
What was your first dance song? Why did you choose it?
We chose Nat King Cole L.O.V.E because firstly it’s both our favourite song and we thought it totally fitted with the theme of the day. It was also so lovely having it performed by a live saxophonist.
