Light, natural and timeless wedding style from Kirtlington Park

Published by Claire Gould on

I spoil you sometimes, I do! And the lovely folks who send photos in spoil me! Today is just blissful, dreamy… perfectly suited to an English summer garden wedding  or perhaps, even with a taste of Italy with that sunshine and the fabulous balconies at Kirtlington Park. The lovely guys – Floral Engineers! – from Blooming Haus submitted this dreamy wedding editorial with light, natural and timeless styling – and SENSATIONAL flowers of course!

The flowers make it: they’re literally a showcase of the finest in delicate blush and a beautiful combination of textures and shapes – do check out Blooming Haus to see more of what these guys can do, they’re incredible! Styling is considered, elegant and delicately beautiful – the stylist is ByChenai. Those images you’re about to fall in love with (as I have!) are by lovely Charlotte Wise Photography.

Our bride looks graceful and timeless in wedding attire by Rita Colson. If you haven’t heard of Rita Colson then you really, really should go check her out: she’s a bridal designer based in London, with two breathtaking collections for the modern bride. Rita’s dresses are unique in the way they combine tradition and simplicity with chic, contemporary silhouettes and deliciously flowing fabrics. Rita’s website is www.ritacolson.com or you can find out all about the designer in this interview on Love My Dress. Hair & make up is by Kelvin Nguyen, a talented male make up artist based in London.

The tablescape by Duchess & Butler is just divine, and as a wedding calligrapher myself I totally fell in love with the styling touches here. Florals by Blooming Haus draw the eye, then those fabulous fabrics from Just 4 Linen make you want to dive all the way in! Chairs and tables were hired from Oxford Event Hire. Pretty stationery and an elegant table plan by talented designer and modern calligrapher Michelle at Scritto fit the palette and tone perfectly.  The cake by Clare’s Cakery and macarons by Colline’s Kitchen are the loveliest tempting treats to finish a wonderfully cohesive, brilliantly realised wedding look.
