boho floral wedding invitations on english wedding

Happy Thursday, beautiful! Hasn’t January flown by… we’ve been super busy here at English Wedding HQ with lots of enquiries about our new wedding invitations and calligraphy service! Before the month is out, I wanted to share a quick reminder of some of our favourites – these are absolutely perfect for boho weddings, rustic and relaxed celebrations with an elegant twist.

All of our invitations to date are on display in our Etsy shop, and I’d love for you to take a look and let me know which ones you love best! Meanwhile I’m working on a batch of brand new wedding stationery designs which we’re launching at Askham Hall in February. Exciting!!!

Every wedding invitation suite has matching  save the date cards, rsvp, menus, place name cards, table plan, and wedding welcome sign. The new collection for Askham Hall will appear on our virtual shelves very soon! Follow me on Instagram to see when they’re live 🙂

Aimee Willow Designs unique illustrated wedding stationery (7)

I totally fell in love with Aimee Willow Designs‘ Instagram themed wedding invitation and I was thrilled when Aimee said I could show you more of her work. She’s a true talent: an illustrator and graphic designer by trade, Aimee started to specialise in wedding stationery while planning her own wedding. Her style ranges from inky floral bohemian to unique passport and polaroid quirkiness. I love how she combines modern handwriting fonts with quirky floral graphics to create bright and breezy invitation styles. Her country garden invitation is so sweet and perfect… I think this is my favourite but it’s soooo hard to choose from so much pretty!

Stationery. Isn’t it beautiful? It’s only one word, but I do love it so.

As with last week’s Custard Factory wedding, there are some names you just can’t ignore! Crimson Moonshine lands squarely in that category, and when I heard from lovely Amberin and Chloe I earmarked a spot for them on the English Wedding Blog straight away!

Their suites are creatively named: from my favourite ‘Kate & Andy’ through the quintessentially English ‘William & Mary’ to the chic stripes of ‘Johnny & June’ – I think they’re fab!

Today’s blog feature is basically a snapshot of me tumbling head over heels in love with the beautiful wedding stationery I’ve discovered at Oyster & Pearl Design. Join me?

Designer Casey told me, “Oyster and Pearl is essentially me working from my studio in the heart of the Devon countryside. My passion is creating beautiful stationery, this is the reason I decided to start Oyster & Pearl Design. The opportunity to do something I absolutely love, every single day!

Casey’s designs are understated and simple. She knows how to work fonts into a truly elegant space for invitations, orders of service and every last little bit of your wedding stationery. The presentation on Oyster & Pearl’s website is just delicious… the colours are contemporary, the graphics a delight. Love. And what a story behind the shop!
