I fell down a little instagram hole looking at wedding fairs yesterday! I’m so happy to see they’re back – and the buzz around this weekend’s events is real! Yay!

The varied landscapes of Norfolk lend themselves to breathtaking photography, not forgetting a host of magical Norfolk wedding venues to host your celebration! When it comes to wonderful locations for engagement photoshoots Norfolk is second to none, from the coastal paths and beaches to the woodlands of Holkham and the Sandringham estate. Or maybe a bustling Norwich cityscape is more you? How about a visit to the pier at Cromer complete with ice cream, or a riverside walk at dusk on the Norfolk broads, to a sunset visit to the iconic cliffs at Hunstanton?
I’m finding it fascinating to see wedding suppliers almost subconsciously adapt their shoots to work for micro weddings. While the wedding world shifts and changes to a focus on intimate, small (and all the more beautiful) celebrations, suppliers are coming together to create the most wonderful inspiration for our editorials. Today’s post is a fabulous example: a small group of talented Norfolk wedding creatives came together to create something truly beautiful. For me, it shows that you can have a magical micro wedding with a small team of trusted suppliers to turn your dreams into reality.

So, get ready to Instagram, pin, like and share this contemporary styled shoot, sent in by Neil Senior Photography.
The group of award winning suppliers who brought this shoot together wanted a theme that was organic and could grow as their designs took shape. It’s a great idea to visit your venue and look at the colours already there, especially for a venue like Bawtry Hall. So they chose soft shades of blue, grey accents, and hues of gold and peach to tastefully reflect the elegant sophistication and modern design elements that Bawtry Hall is known for.
