Happy Sunday my lovely! It’s a blustery one so I hope you’re staying safe and warm tucked up inside! While you’re all snuggled up and cosy, I have a stunner of a wedding to share with you today, courtesy of our fabulous friend and sponsor Dorset wedding photographer Robin Goodlad Photography. Beautiful bride Natalie and gorgeous hubby James were married in The Barn at Burley Manor last March – their rustic wedding day has everything (sooo much to Pin!) with lush flowers and foliage and joyful country charm throughout. The atmosphere is electric; these two are SO much in love! And the images are the kind of stop-in-your-tracks beauties you’ll be swooning over all day!
Hey lovelies! Are you having a nice week? I’m a little black-Fridayed-OUT already, is it just me? My inbox is bursting!!! I have so many lovely things to share with you for the rest of this week though, I’m so excited!
Today we welcome lovely Hampshire wedding photographer Emily Black to English Wedding. I’m more than thrilled to have a handful of weddings from Emily lined up to share with you over the coming months – you’re going to love them, as her images are just STUNNING! Emily’s style is modern, natural and romantic – she combines the best aspects of documentary (or reportage) photography with just a little creative direction for your couple shots.
This gorgeous pair celebrated with a relaxed vineyard wedding reception where guests could relax in an outdoor sitting room – a space filled with comfy sofas, chairs and hay bales. As with every wedding our friends from York Place Studios share with us, this is a day full of character where the atmosphere just zings through my screen and makes me smile, chuckle and grin my head off.
Your wedding doesn’t have to be either modern or vintage – it can be classic, timeless and wonderfully pretty. Choosing roses as your key flower sets the scene for a beautifully feminine wedding – and today’s inspiration shoot from lovely Jennifer Sinclair Photography has delicate pink roses aplenty!
I love the little heads of corn interspersed with the flowers, which really bring the countryside vibe to life. The shoot took place in the stables at Sass & Grace bridal boutique in Winchester, and the dark backdrop is a fabulous contrast with the light, pastel flowers.
