Happy Thursday! Many of you will know I’m a calligrapher when I’m not blogging. It’s been a crazy old year and with Christmas coming round I wanted to show you lovely lot what I get up to! So. Lockdown. Here we go… and I’d like to send out a massive hug to all of you. I know this is hard. I know it’s not just about weddings – it’s about loneliness, and fear, and financial crises, and missing people so much it hurts. I know.
I’m staying home. I will do whatever I can to keep our grandparents, parents, neighbours and healthcare workers alive this winter. I only wish we had a government that was more in touch with the rest of us, that would understand the support we all need, and find a means to provide it.
My wonderful readers, I hope you’re ready for a truly magical Christmas. We’ve had a crazy busy, beautiful month and now I’m looking forward to snuggles and fairy lights, Baileys on tap and lots of precious moments with family and friends. I hope wherever you are, whatever your plans, you will have a relaxing, restorative and peaceful festive season.
